PowerWheelsParties.com provides ride-on toy party rentals for children’s events. Our services include delivery, setup, and pickup of electric toy vehicles and optional add-ons like tracks and decorations.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By booking with us, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized representative. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Cancellations at least 7 days before your scheduled party receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule your party or issue a credit for future use.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system, as well as Venmo.
Supervision Required: An adult must supervise children at all times during the use of Power Wheels vehicles. Assumption of Risk: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with ride-on toys and agree to hold Power Wheels Parties LLC harmless for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. Waiver Requirement: All participants must have a completed liability waiver on file, dated within the last 12 months. Waivers can be submitted at powerwheelsparties.com/waiver. Participation is not permitted without a valid waiver. Damage Fee: Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A fee may be assessed for repairs or replacements.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to: access or attempt to access areas of the website restricted to administrators or staff; copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute website content without our written permission; upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content.
Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Utah County, Utah.
